If it ever runs low, for example after long periods without sun, you can charge it with the included USB-C cable. Battery life may vary due to bird activity, live stream usage, and local conditions, such as sunlight availability or colder weather.

Yes, all products are weatherproof, and the camera module is IP67 certified. It withstands temperatures ranging from −5°F to 120°F (−20.5°C to 48.5°C). It is also detachable, allowing you to easily remove and store it indoors on extreme weather days. We’ll notify you via an in-app notification if the camera approaches these limits so you can store it indoors for safe-keeping.
We offer a 90-day return policy. To return your order, please contact our support team within 90 days of receiving it. Our standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery and applies to all Birdbuddy feeders and their respective add-ons, completely free of charge. This warranty does not cover the Seed Subscription or merchandise items. You can find our full Refund Policy.
