What is your Refund Policy and Warranty?

We offer a 90-day return policy. To return your order, please contact our support team within 90 days of receiving it. Our standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery and applies to all Birdbuddy feeders and their respective add-ons, completely free of charge. This warranty does not cover the Seed Subscription or merchandise items. You can find our full Refund Policy here.
